The client appointed G1 Architects to undertake the architectural brief. The design brief required alterations to the current 6 bedroom house to create 4 bedrooms each with en-suites, to act as memorable, boutique accommodation for discerning international golfers. The brief was also to maximise the views of the adjacent Old Course in St. Andrews.
